PMS
Women have been told that true strength means suffering in silence. We’ve been conditioned to "power through" the PMS pain, to act like it doesn’t exist, to pretend the struggle isn’t real.
But the truth is: real strength lies in speaking up, normalizing our experiences, and supporting each other through it. It's time to break the silence and redefine what strength truly means.

For women who don’t experience PMS, it can be difficult to fully understand the emotional and physical toll it takes on those who do. It’s easy to dismiss the emotional ups and downs, the unexpected tears over a movie you’d normally find trivial, or the cramps that seem to take over your entire body.
If You Don't Experience PMS, That's Great!
But remember:
Every woman’s body is different, and just because you don’t experience PMS doesn’t mean it isn’t real or painful for others.
